The source code and associated documentation files are included in the file
optim_src.95.exe.
This is a pkzip
self-extracting archive.
The user should create a optimization directory (e.g., mkdir
c:\optim) and place optim_src.95.exe in that directory. Then,
while
in the directory, the user should type optim_src.95.exe, and the
optim_src.95.exe archive will unpack itself.
This will yield 35 files.
