The source code and associated documentation files are included in the file
distrib_src.98.exe.
This is a pkzip
self-extracting archive.
The user should create a distributions directory (e.g., mkdir
c:\distributions) and place distrib_src.98.exe in that directory. Then,
while
in the directory, the user should type distrib_src.98.exe, and the
distrib_src.98.exe archive will unpack itself.
This will yield 41 files.
Please read the README, disclaimer, and copyright files. As described in the README file,
running install.bat in the directory into which the files are unpacked
will create necessary subdirectories amd move the appropriate files
to them.
