Class SPV_graphics.TicID

public class TicID
extends Object

This class determines the x and y axis tic locations and labels. Class TicDraw draws them. The two classes should probably be combined. Perhaps they should also be combined with SPVGraph. However, in the spring of 1996 this was not possible because of limits on local variables due to a compiler bug/feature.
